Allow Node modification when agent is in unknown state

We have a few nodes that are added to Solarwinds, but pending reboot.

In that state, we cannot modify the Hostname, nor change custom properties using the "edit node" button on the node detail page.

Changes made in that state are never saved...

It would be nice to have similar behavior to when node is monitored over SNMP and SNMP is not answering (warning, but node's modifications are allowed).
