out of the box alert for IP address status change

looking for an out of the box alert for an IP address status change. I have collected the data and see that IPAM keeps the status of each ip address status change in the database and in the Orion "events". would like to see an alert based on this data. Currently there are only manual ways to create this alert; IPAM - How to Alert when an I.P Address Changes Status .

But SW should include this out of the box.
