Solarwinds Orion Different Customers

Hey Guys, how are you ? I'm new in this forum and I'm also new in Solarwinds tools. I know that know is very very known around the world, but I've never had the opportunity to touch in this from 0.

I have some devices set up to send SNMP to my SNMP-SERVER which has installed Solarwinds. I'd like to know how can I create different views from the NOC Team.

I mean once they are logged in the web console in the orion they should be able to see the customer name , click in the customer name and see the customer map.

I've created a customer map but I can just put one or the other one in the screen. Also I wasn't able to get the fancy graphics, etc....

does anybody can help me ?

Most of this would need to be done via Manage Views. You'd need to log in, create the view and add the resources for the maps. There are some good getting started videos you may want to check out. There are also several companies, like Loop1 Systems that offers comprehensive training, and professional services to allow you to get the most out of your SolarWinds deployment.
