I know there is a notes section or comments section, but having a field that allows different users to input comments in chronological order would be awesome. That way if a colleague responds to an outage on a device a quick note can be input on the device itself. Then if a separate colleague responds, they can look at the list and determine what was done last or how an issue was resolved. If this already exists i'd love to know how to do it.
