Managing Groups

1. Allow us to move a group within the "Manage Groups" setting.  I am unable to move groups instead I have to recreate the group.
2. Allow nodes and ip ranges to be added to a Group during the discovery process and after.  Nodes are unable to be assigned Directly to a Group. We have to use a custom field to assign them to a group... again this is lacking
3. Allow nodes to be added to groups from the "Managing Nodes" section, there is no way to do this from this area

Allow dynamic queries to

1. Support subnet ranges like 10.200.1.1 to 10.200.15.254 from 1 line not using a bunch of crazy .5[0-9] values this is nuts!
2. Support more negative values and operators such as "does not contain" or "does not begin with" or "does not start with" in additional allow from nested values an groups.
3. Remember last saved options from previous selection.
4. Add AND/OR statement dropdown to broaden dynamic query capabilities so we can include many conditions.  i.e. subnet range 1 OR subnet range 2 OR subnet range 3, etc
