Collection of execution plans from MDA tables (monSysPlanText, etc), in addtition to "Live Plan" collection.
Collection of live plan is not always possible and/or advisable. Additionally, it has a potential of causing outages.
We have disabled "Live Plan" collection on most of our production DB servers.
