Show Annotations in Resources Graphs

Thanks for adding the annotations it is a great idea. I think that showing the annotations in the various resource graphs too would be very useful to look back and see the long and short term effects of tuning on the resource usage. I think this would be just as or perhaps even more useful than seeing it in the trends.

On the Trends page there is an Annotate button between the chart title and the Email button.
