Change to allow non email address format in the Account name when setting up smtp.

We are currently migrating to the Azure platform and configuring Serv-U for email access.

Azure does not have direct smtp access and we are using SendGrid to accomplish this.

SendGrid does not utilize email account access, but does use the account name "apikey" and a password.

The Serv-U application only accepts "username@domain.com" format.

This request is to change that format in the account name.
