There are alot of older posts regarding this capability but thought it might be a good idea to get it into this new venue in hopes of raising its profile. There absolutely has to be a single view that allows operations staff to see all of the alerts generated regardless of whether it is from the Advanced Alert Engine, SNMP Traps or Syslogs. Realize this is easier said than done....But I say take a couple of your young whiz kids looking to prove themselves, lock them in a room with a couple of cases of Red Bull and don't let them out until this is done. 
Well, at least that's one approach you could take.
