Top 20 Conversations is Blank

All of my Netflow data is populating but the Top 20 Conversations, both ingress and egress are blank. We've restarted the server and ran the NTA setup again but nothing seems to help. This is for a Cisco router.

Any ideas?

So all the other graphs on the page show information except for the Top 20 Conversations? Could you show us an example please?

Does it work for any other netflow device or does this issue occur for all netflow devices.

Have you checked the time period on this view? Someone may have unticked "Use Time Period from current view" in the option for this Resource.

Click on Edit

Then check the "Use Time Period from current view" setting
