NCM - Web settings for SQL Timeout, Request Length and Maximum Element to manage

Hi,

We have to manage a lot of nodes, compliance rules and report items in our environment.

We encountered a lot of trouble when we try to manage all of these items through web interface with regular hard coded limitations such has :

- Maximum request length

- Request timed-out

- Maximum element to export in XML is 32XXX

These limitations are today arbitrary and can be increased in certain cases like ours, when SQL Engine has no really performance issue but a large amount of devices and specific need in terms of reporting and compliance.

That's why we request today to be able to change them from the web interface as advanced performance customization which I'm sure, will help other large companies which may have the same kind of problem.
