Sometimes it is hard to envision the issues reported by our users related to our Orion tool suite applications. So, a proxy user account feature could very much come handy in those cases. That would allow us to "see and experience" the same problems reported by the user(s). This is especially important when some of our users have issues that we cannot replicate ourselves. Of course, we could ask the specific user to let us login with his/her local or AD account. However, that is a nuisance and could be a problem for some users, especially those with access to sensitive/confidential files. Something that might help would be if we could proxy any local or Windows user account's access.
