It is quite difficult to find sessions that have been running in a certain time period under the TopSQL tab. Because the Running Queries tab always shows active sessions at the current time and it is not possible to see that a query was running actively in a time period in the past in retrospective examinations. Only when the query is completed is it taken to the Completed Queries tab, but since it is usually not known when it was completed, it is difficult to find that time.
Additionally, when we want to see the Sleeping Sessions and Opened Tran Count values at the relevant time in retrospective reviews, we cannot see them. There is only a Status column in the live data in the Running Queries tab, and there is no Transaction Count information there either. We can also look at the live data with WhoIsActive. There is no point if we cannot see it retrospectively.
