How To Flag TCP RST on Solarwinds ?

Hi,

Our customer requested to flag tcp reset in solarwinds, i have opened ticket. But from TAC there is no way to do flag tcp reset. It is suggested to use feature request. Is there anyone here who can help with this issue?
