Add an Export button in Graphs for looking at data over custom time ranges

All of the other Orion modules have an Export button on the performance graphs that allow for customization of the graph, I would like to see this functionality extended to the SRM graphs.

I think, in general, in the reporting system, there needs to be the easy ability to define which time frames you want to grab this information.

For example, creating wan circuit utilization graphs and tables. The graphs currently are nice and pretty- they are perfect. But the tables show 24x7 data. So when I average that utilization, high utilization from 9am-5pm looks like 12% over a 24 hour period. The equivalent avg % from 9am-5pm (through report writer) shows it at 56%.

I hope this makes sense. Yes I know you can do sql queries to get this data adjusted for the table, however- what percentage of your network guys or orion guys are fluent in sql queries?
