You can configured Dynamic Baseline Thresholds for some out-of-the-box metrics such as cpu/memory/etc. However, you cannot apply dynamic baseline thresholds for UnDP statistics. You can set static thresholds, but these aren't always the best way. An example would be for Signal Strength (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, etc) metrics that have industry standard thresholds, but they still differ from device to device.
