Wouldn’t it be great if IPAM managed private and public IP addresses that are not part of a DHCP scope? We have thousands of public and private IP addresses that IPAM is not aware of. IPAM doesn't have a mechanism to manage and manually assign IP addresses to network gear such as routers, switches, and other network appliances whose IP addresses are not in DHCP scopes. For now we have two IP management tools. It would be of great help to have one tool that managed and monitored all of our IP space.
