Vmware Equipment issues that needs to work with API and not SNMP

Hello,

We have SolarWinds as the main monitoring system for the Organization. We have a big issue with VeloCloud Router devices from VMware SD-WAN technology. We saw that the SNMP response from the devices was always timed out when we tried SNMP Walk. Also the interfaces of the devices 99% are not discovered when we add for monitoring. Also CPU % is double on SolarWinds than the actual time.

Please enable VMware API Pooling for VeloCloud devices.

Please for your actions to correct this issue as the VMware equipment is the basic equipment for the organization and should work correctly.

We have been 'Trying' to get the Velocloud api polling to work since day one. I am STILL working with support and have yet to get it working. has ANYONE on here got it working ?? I'm not so certain that it actually works for anyone.
