Ability to use hyperlinks in SAM (and NPM) custom properties

I would like to be able to insert links as a custom property. Example, the custom property for a SQL template may have a URL to the SharePoint location of the SOP for addressing that particular alarm. The URL would need to be able to appear as a button or clickable link to be useful.

Today we enter the actual URL but the NOC users much copy and past the URL manually into a browser. A nice little button would be so much cleaner. Also find that copy / paste sometimes adds random spaces or % characters that causes the link to fail if the user does not manually remove the space/character.

Absolutely a great idea. If it is already available, it beats me where you would 'find' it.

We find in our alerts we can use hyperlinks if the property already exists within NPM/SAM; but if it isn't there, it is, as you say, copy/paste to get there.

Thanks for the reply. What am I doing wrong? When I try to add a new custom property for SOP URL and enter the URL it displays the actual Text rather than a clickable link?

I found I could use a new Iframe for user links, but getting it to show up as a custom property as in your example would be ideal. Thanks for helping with this, you always seem to have the right answers when I have questions.
