Instead of crawling through the Advanced Alert manager and NPM to try to figure out which alerts pertain to which nodes and/or interfaces, create an item within the Node / Interface view that lists the alerts that currently pertain to it.
For example, if I have an alert called "Bubba321 up/down" set up that requires that the Node Name begins with "Bubba", have an item under the Node showing Currently Assigned Alerts and listing "Bubba321 up/down".
Additionally, modify the Managed Advanced Alerts section under Settings so that you can see which Nodes / Interfaces / etc are covered by which alerts.
Example: Click Settings > Manage Advanced Alerts, then select one of the alerts and click Covered Items would bring up a list of Nodes / Interfaces / etc that are covered by that alert.
