In the "Nodes with Problems " view I would like to see a column that shows "LAST CHANGED " similar to the one in the "Down Interfaces" view

In the "Nodes with Problems " view I would like to see a column that shows "LAST CHANGED " similar to the one in the "Down Interfaces" view.

I would like to be able to determine how long a node has been down on the Solarwinds Main Page, similar to the Down Interfaces view.

Also this should be a column choice in the "Manage Nodes" view.

So I was able to do a workaround for this which I would like to share.

1. Create a new report in report writer. Make sure it is a Event Log type report. Below are the fields I chose, but you could get by using only Group Status Icon, Node Name, and Event Time

Select a time frame of XX days. I used 30, keep in mind that you need to have this setting smaller than the number of days that you retain in your 'event' DB setting

Save the report with a name

2. Edit your main dashboard and add a 'Report from Orion Report Writer and save the report by clicking Done

Notice I still have the old default report 'Nodes with Problems' that doesn't display the time/date on my dashboard, I will remove this later.

Display your main dashboard and click the little Edit button

Sect the Report Writer report that you created and then also add the Status<>1 into the SQL field. Click Submit.

This will get you a frame similar to Down Nodes that will also display the Down time
