We would love to be able to monitor Dell EMC PowerStore with SRM. Any plans to add support for this?

Hello I have a client who would like to know if Powerstore is supported - as far as I can see it isnt but can someone confirm? It says Powervault is supported and they have enough similarities so would it work for Powerstore ?
It's not yet directly supported. I don't think the PowerVault monitor will work because PowerStore uses an API for monitoring, but crazier things have happened. I'll try to test this next week.
I just checked SRM's potential support for monitoring PowerVault. The first step, as you can see in the screenshot below, is to point it to the SMI-S provider that is configured for the storage array. The PowerStore platform has dropped SMI-S in favor of using specific APIs for monitoring and management. Unfortunately, that effectively rules PowerStore out from this approach.

Fear SRM might sunset (not just the fact that too many storage devices are not supported nut also the fact that the new HCO platform does not include SRM in the story)

We just replaced all of our VNX arrays with PowerStores. Now SRM is just a boat anchor for us...

We're in the same situation with our most of our critical workloads being on PowerStore now. We'll be dropping SRM and evaluating other tools across the board if this isn't resolved
