Filter view based on variable sent via URL

/Orion/SummaryView.aspx?ViewID=722&XXXX=YYYY

XXXX would be the variable or field

YYYY would be the value to filter on

We have over 200 locations nationwide and want to create a view for each location. This would allow us to create one view to filter rather than creating a view for each location.
