Acknowledge alert by replying to SMS/EMAIL with code or keyword

I have seen many posts about this but cannot find it in the feature request list so here it is, just in case. Being able to acknowledge alerts by replying to an SMS or email with a code or keyword is HUGE to make life bearable for mobile sys admins. A product from a competing vendor (who will remain nameless...) supports this and it is a key feature. I have a GSM modem (send and receive) as well as a gateway that supports sending/receiving SMS messages and emails as well as converting between the two formats. I just need NPM/SAM to accept inbound email and post the acknowledgement (or monitor a folder for same). I have seen the alternate method with Python/Splunk but do not want another scripted band-aid.

Related to this suggestion, and perhaps even completely addressing it:

We're working on a new Alert Management/Centralization product that will include something that sounds much like this. You'll be able to centralize your Orion alerts together with other e-mail sources, dispatch them based on escalation policies and on-call calendars, and interact with them via e-mail and the web. For Orion alerts, acknowledging via Alert Central will also acknowledge them in Orion, so you can see the history of the alert in both places.
