Provide a secure credential manager for Pingdom

Ideally there would not be any plain text fields to enter credentials for Pingdom uptime and transaction monitors.

There are two similar feature requests that I would like to expand on by adding an actual secure credential manager that can be referenced by different monitors in Pingdom:

A credential manager could be used by Pingdom (and possibly the other SolarWinds Cloud tools) to reference these by variable within any uptime or transaction monitor. Better security is always a big win!
