Hello,
it would be a good idea to have a junior admin role for every technology ARM is supporting (i.e. a Sharepoint Junior Admin or Exchange Junior Admin or Microsoft Teams Junior Admin for example).
If I assign the junior admin role to people they have access to all resources. The MS Teams team for instance doesn't need access to the file server resources.
Imho my suggestion would be a great benifit.
