Allow retrieving CloudWatch Events from an S3 respository instead of through the API

We would like the option to use an S3 repository instead of the CloudWatch API as the source for CloudWatch data. Using an S3 repository allows us to not manage many keys and accounts from an Orion standpoint. We can programmatically send all CloudWatch logs to a single S3 repository.

Why are you managing so many accounts ?  Do you have multiple VPC's ?
