We want to be able to schedule the Polling statistics interval -> Default Node Topology Poll Interval to a set time frame. Currently we have set our scanning to once a day, but we also want to set it for a scheduled time, for example from between 11:00pm and midnight.
We want to be able to reduce the network and switch load by scheduling this activity for after hours.
