Add Menu Option / Search Function

Can you please add a "Manage Applications" option in the My Dashboards > Applications menu?    

Also, please add a search option on the "Assigned Application Monitors" tab?

Both of these exist in other similar areas and it doesn't make sense why they aren't present in the spots I mentioned above
