Adding ACK Note through Desktop Notification Tool

Hi members,

I was just wondering if there is a way that the below feature could be implemented or available :

I want to be presented by a Note Window when the user tries to Acknowledge the Alert from the Desktop notification Tool..

and the Acknowledgment should include, who acknowledged the Alert. If NOT, then is there a way to disable Acknowledgment via the Desktop Notification Tool.

since we need to keep track of the Alert Status .
