I noticed that my EOC SP2 shows map icons as all green even if nodes below them are down. The Global Status resource properly shows them as yellow or red they just don't match the map icons.
What am I missing?
When you say map icons, are you refering to submaps or are you refering to the tree list in the MapMaker?
If you are refering to submaps, drill down to the map, are there objects in the map that are yellow/red?
I was working with William in tech support and we found a bug (say it isn't so....) in EOC.
If I drag the Orion servers to the map in MapMaker the icon stays green. If I do a nested map they show the proper status.
The status of an Orion map is determined whether EOC was able to communicate with it. It is not based on status of the nodes on that Orion server.
