I upgraded to NPM 11.5.2, when I log into the site I am getting the error in the attachment, any suggestions how to fix this issue.

I'm no expert, but at the bottom of your error log it says "Access to the path 'C:\InetPub\SolarWinds\WebEngine\Resources\common' is denied.". Have you checked the permissions for the account you used to do the upgrade?
I also recommend checking out the anti-virus exclusions KB, and ensuring you have those in place -

If that doesn't help I would also recommend a ticket with tech support, they'll be able to jump on a GoToMeeting to help you identify the issue.
