I would love to be able to have scheduled reports not be sent out if there is "no data to report" or it is empty. Perhaps just log an event that it was empty.
One of our main purposes for migrating to SW Orion was to reduce the email clutter and, well..., reports that say there is nothing to say, are just clutter.
