We use a lot of Meraki products for SD-WAN functionality or simple home-user connectivity, or even site-to-site VPN's for businesses. NPM has been getting better and better each year, supporting more of the Meraki line, and our Z3's and MX250's and MX64's and MX65's have not proven problematic for NPM to monitor the basics.
But beginning with the MX68's, NPM isn't discovering / monitoring the correct ports. Port 1 (a.k.a.: Internet 1) is not being discovered by NPM (we're using NAM Platform 2019.4 and HF 3). And when we select Port 12 for monitoring, NPM displays Port 11.
My guess is that Meraki has updated the MIB to include one or more new OID's that are specific to the MX68's.
If you're having this same issue, or have overcome it, I'd be interested in hearing from you.
Otherwise, I propose a Feature Request of getting the MIB and OID's updated in NPM, maybe making them available in a patch or new HF?
If you believe (or know) a newer HF will address this issue, please let me know.
Swift packets!
