We'd like two improvements to photo functionality: Upload and display methods, and alert/ticket attachments.
1 - The method for uploading and displaying images in SolarWinds is not straightforward. In order to upload photos, we need to access our main server, then create a widget to pull from a specific folder path and image name. If there would be a way to create a photo widget to upload to, it would be easier to upload image and it would cause less issues for when folders and images names may change.
2 - We'd like a way for images to be linked to our Alerts. We have several alerts in place that create tickets in our ticketing system. If there were a variable that can grab the images of the devices involved in alerts and post them as attachments to our tickets, it would help us with support and resolving issues by being able to locate devices easier and determine whether they are configured as we intend.
