Allow Orion installs using accounts other than Local Admin

Allow Orion installation using accounts other than 'Local Admin'.

Setting up a Local Admin on a server is a security No-No at my company so it would be preferable to be able to install Orion products as an AD authenticated account.

Typically we set up an AD Service Account for Orion to attach to our SQL Server, another for WMI, and another for SAM and these accounts have scheduled password rotations, are audited frequently, more secure, and easier to manage.

It would be preferable to use one of these accounts instead of setting up a Local Admin accounts on a servers.
