Feature Request -- add full support for Raritan UPS devices

I have added some Raritan UPS devices via SNMP v3, but I don't get much data back from then.

I know I can create Universal device pollers for each metric that I want, but it would be nice if the devices were supported out of the box,

Please add a Raritan poller to NPM to support these devices. We have PX3 models (PX3-5547V-V2 and PX3-5719U)
