Admin -> polling engine details page - show UDT polling rate - % of maximum rate

I am getting "UDT jobs may not complete within defined polling interfals" message.

I have no idea which polling engine is being overrun as I have 3 additional engines.

I request you add UDT information to the polling engine details page and/or put appropriate information in "More Details" link on alert instead of sending to documentation.

I am running UDT 3.0.0 RC w/ NPM 10.5 RC
