Interactive Widget options and easy UI filters in Modern Dashboard

It would be better if options to make the modern dashboard to be interactive (like the new NCM Dashboard), also enable more filter options with easy UI filter options like in the alert and report editor. This will make easier to work with modern dashboards.

We have added the a GUI for Global Filters in 2024.4, The RC is now available if you'd like to test out this functionality.
