Move move client to HTML5

Since Java client is no longer free, we should move to HTML5 for the Serv-u client.

My users truly hate the interface, and have constant problems with the Java client. If there is no improvement soon, or at least a roadmap, we’re switching to another product.

We're starting to look at alternatives, we've been patient enough!

The Java client is not an option for most of our Serv-U users, since they are external to our organization and have very restricted machines.

Sorry to bother you, but this Java thingy is mentioned all over and has been for years now.
Serious enterprises does not allow/use Java anymore ex does using it for system purposes..
