Add Failover DHCP features and Leased IP info for Windows 2012 R2 server

Hi All !

I wrote this request for having a full support for Windows 2012 R2 DHCP features.

What I've see is that the Solarwinds IPAM support only loadbalancing scenario but no support/features for failover scenario.

Also, if I've not mistaken, it seems that the Solarwinds IPAM doesn't retreive informations from the DHCP server database about the leased IP and the remaining time, I think these informations could be usefull.

I haven't see this request, and I've opened a new one on the same subject there :

And it seems that the previous were created since a while... and this features seems to interest nobody and specifically Solarwinds...

So, Windows 2012 and Windows 2012 R2 fully supported... not really....

Can someone from Thwack merge both of these requests?
