License Manager - Backward Compatibility

I would suggest adding backward compatibility to at least a few earlier revisions of the Mini Remote Client and Remote Support application. The logistics of upgrading +50 users to the same version of the license server, at the same time the license server is upgraded, is incredibly frustrating. Server version 12.x could support back through 11.x. This would allow the server to be upgraded without breaking authorization for users that rely on MRC for their everyday tasks.
