I like the product as it covers the majority of the features that other products I have used have. Please could I make these suggestions for improvements :
1. I echo someone elses call about Flash. It can be cumbersome especially if you are wanting to quickly copy a log from the console into an email. Putting it into CSV is a nice option for sorting purposes, but it takes time.
2. After making a policy change, it isn't very obvious that you have saved the change. Until you activate the changes nothing takes effect. A red flashing button, and challenge to remind you to save it would help.
3. USB Policies - This is a new area for me which went horridly wrong when keyboards, mice and USBs all got disconnected accidentally. As we have 4500 laptops world wide and as the program is capable of logging USB device types, it would be useful to have a learn feature which captures all USB devices from the console and allows you to manage policies from the console.
4. It would also be useful to have messages that we can change & add company branding to.
5. To limit network traffic, it would be useful if the policy that is configured centrally is pushed out to the endpoint. Rather than dealing with Network group policies it would be useful if the agent can be told what to transmit back to the core. Perhaps have groups when workstations can be applied to a policy group.
