Enhance NCM cli polling

Hi

I can see many features requests that could be managed by full time support this function into Orion.

I can see that Orion is collecting some cli based polling on specific topics like ASA and Palo.

I will like to collect cli status from any vendor and use this output in alerts reports and web.

For example 

Any Alert  based cli output 

CDP/LDDP/POE that are  badly supported by vendor mib could work around with this feature.

Any cli Inventory  collection of status like SFP
