Send Config Change Report as .PDF attachment

The Daily Backup Jobs allow you to include a Config Change Report in the results e-mail. But it comes in the form of a long HTML e-mail, which can take a long time to open. Instead, if the Config Change Report could be sent as an attachment (like, .PDF), that would make opening the e-mail faster, and the Net Admin could choose whether to open the attachment or not.

What you request has already been provided. I'm running Platform 2019.4 HF3 and have had the ability to set NCM's Daily Config Change Report to attach a copy of the report as a PDF for some years.

Look for it as a check box in your Job that performs the work. It's in the third tab called "Enter Notification Details", on the left side, not far from the bottom. Check the box & run the Job to see if it provides what you need.

On the other hand, if it attaches the PDF AND still sends the lengthy e-mail, that's a matter for Solarwinds to address & correct.
