The current email notifications show new/published packages for all applications without the specific version number.
Why not send custom email notifications that alert administrators when new versions of published packages are available?
This way admins know exactly when/what to publish without needing to manually investigate the catalogs or third party patch document on Thwack.
I propose something like this:

The "Click Here to Publish" might not be possible. However, I think the "Published Package"/"New Version Available" should be easy to implement.
