We've started rolling out SSRS 2016 internally so it would be great to have a corresponding, updated AppInsight template to cover SQL Server 2016 Reporting Services as well (like SAM already has for previous versions of SSRS).
We've started with 2017 with the latest version of NTA(4.4) so would like 2017 included as well.
