It would be interesting to be able to integrate CyberArk to manage the accounts and privileges of the Solarwinds platform.

I was just going to suggest the same thing. Our company is going heavily in that direction and want everyting thing in ther.
This is becoming a requirement for our organization as well. We may have to drop the SolarWinds product over the next year if there is no movement.
Opened a case with CyberArk. They don't have any plans to facilitate this integration either.
