I want to be able to see other file share requests made by members of my team. As it stands, if I need to access files uploaded by a customer to a link created by my colleague, I would need to get them directly from them or trawl through the FileShare repository, which has encrypted titles.
Imagine this scenario:
We have a support team consisting of two engineers. Engineer 1 creates a file share request for a customer to upload diagnostics. Before the diagnostic review could be done, Engineer 1 is now on unexpected sick leave, so Engineer 2 has taken ownership of their case. If Engineer 2 could clearly see Engineer 1's file share requests within their own Web Client, then Engineer 2 could easily access those diagnostics to begin troubleshooting.
