The EOC still does not support the APM_CustomProperties table that has been part of SAM for quite some time now. Node, Interface and Volume custom properties are all available, but SAM properties are not. I use application custom properties to flag which support teams should be notified for certain applications, but since the EOC cannot display this it causes lag time while the Operators have to drill into the application to get that team name. Please bring the EOC database inline with the available tables in SAM.
